There are three ways you can get involved, through volunteering, by becoming a Friend of the English Bridge Workshop or by a simple one off donation.

Volunteering - from Odd Job person to Trustee

There are always odd Jobs / DIY that need doing at the EBW. So if you have a few hours to spare and want to do something practical to help, we can find a project for you. This can be anything from small scale repairs, painting or gardening.

Alternatively - if you are interested in the business and operations side of the EBW you could consider becoming a Trustee and add to our pool of expertise. We need to strengthen our Management Committee with people who can give a few hours a month to help us with project management, facilities management, social media, health and safety. The document below details what becoming a Trustee for the EBW will entail.

Friends of he English Bridge Workshop
Friends are a valuable group of supporters who pay a small annual subscription of £10, to support the work of the EBW and who usually participate in voluntary activities to promote and develop the EBW. Friends receive a newsletter and invitations to meetings and events such as exhibition previews and studio visits. Friends are invited to the AGM but have no voting rights. To become a Friend download or call in for an application form and complete the accompanying standing order mandate.
